Tithe Calculator
We don't give to the church just so we have a nice, climate-controlled building to meet in, or so the pastor and staff can be paid. These are some results of our giving, but not why we should give. We don’t give as repayment for what God has given us because, even if we had all the wealth in this world, we could not repay that debt. Giving is a spiritual discipline that helps us grow in faith and our giving is helping to save souls. Instructions for Calculator
The little down arrow for income allows you to enter your income easily. If you get paid once a month, choose monthly. If you get paid every two weeks, choose bi-weekly. Then enter the amount of your usual paycheck (either before or after taxes) in the box on the right. If you know how much you make annually, you can choose that. In the contribution section, you can choose either monthly or weekly, depending on how you give to the church. After you enter the amount of your income and contributions, click the "Calculate" button. The calculator will tell you how much you are currently tithing, how much it would cost you to step up your contribution 1%, and how much your new contribution would be if you do take the next step.
